Junior IT Analyst, hybrid in Prague

We are looking for a Junior IT Analyst to join a long-term public-sector digital transformation project in the Czech Republic focused on integration and online services delivery for a government environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collect requirements for interface design
• Support design of interface structures and integrations
• Prepare implementation documentation, including mapping and transformation between source and target systems
• Assist with orchestration design for online services
• Create and maintain standardized project documentation
• Cooperate with delivery teams and stakeholders on solution clarification
• Coordinate meetings with third parties and review outputs
• Support effort estimations for new requirements and change requests
• Participate in analysis, QA, testing, or project-support activities related to custom applications

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in analysis or support of custom applications
• Experience with backend/frontend logic, information systems, web applications, or integrations
• Understanding of functional analysis and software-delivery processes
• Experience with documentation and requirement gathering
• Ability to work in structured enterprise or public-sector environments
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is an advantage
• Experience with testing, QA, or project-support activities is a plus
• Basic knowledge of BPMN or process modeling is an advantage
