Senior Software Engineer (Java), hybrid in Prague

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Java) with strong expertise in Internal Development Platforms (IDP) and DevSecOps platforms, combining hands-on development with solid architecture experience. The main focus of this role is the end-to-end delivery of a newly developed IDP application.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the IDP application in line with defined scope and timelines
• Contribute to both software development and architecture
• Build and maintain APIs using Java and OpenAPI v3
• Work with Kubernetes (GKE, AKS) environments
• Support and use CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD)
• Ensure integration with key platform tools (e.g., API Gateway, Artifactory)

Requirements:

• Strong experience in software development with architectural exposure
• Expert-level Java
• Experience with API development (OpenAPI v3, REST)
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes (GKE, AKS)
• Experience with Apigee Gateway
• Experience with GitHub, Artifactory, CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki
• Experience working in Agile/Kanban
