Frontend Developer (min. 3 years of experience), hybrid in Prague

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with experience in large enterprise applications and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate has strong frontend development experience in agile environments and has worked on large-scale customer portals, self-care platforms, banking, telecom, utilities, insurance, public sector, or similar enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of frontend parts of enterprise information systems.
• Follow development standards defined by the client environment.
• Collaborate on defect resolution and system improvements.
• Work with CI/CD tools and agile delivery processes.
• Cooperate with analysts, IT architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support digital transformation and process digitization initiatives.
• Contribute to large-scale enterprise frontend solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of frontend application development experience.
• Strong frontend development experience with modern frontend technologies.
• Experience with technical specification review, development, system testing, and debugging.
• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer on large agile custom software development projects within the last 5 years.
• Experience working in enterprise environments such as banking, insurance, telecom, utilities, public sector, or similar industries.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of customer portals, self-care platforms, or enterprise digital platforms is an advantage.
