About the Role:
Were searching for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our team supporting one of our clients - a global provider of digital trust and cybersecurity solutions. This hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day from home) is ideal for someone with a background in B2B tech sales who thrives on engaging with existing customers and guiding them toward the right security solutions.
As a Inbound Sales Representative, you'll play a vital part in communicating with current customers, understanding their needs, and helping them adopt and expand solutions, particularly in email and network security, with a strong focus on DMARC. You'll work closely with account managers to strengthen customer relationships, increase product adoption, and support overall revenue growth.
The clients offers a supportive work environment with travel allowance, food included, and all required hardware supplied.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Proficiency: Native or professional-level English proficiency, with clear and concise communication.
- Sales Experience: >2 years in cold calling, with proven experience using multiple outreach channels (phone, LinkedIn, and email).
- Customer Engagement: Ability to understand customer needs and articulate solutions related to network protection or email security - DMARC experience is a strong advantage.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems to manage prospects and track outreach. Experience with Hubspot would be preferred.
- Industry Experience: Background in B2B Tech, SaaS, IT Services or cybersecurity is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage objections.
