About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HubSpot Project Manager for our client. In this client-facing role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM and RevOps projects, primarily within HubSpot, across marketing, sales, and customer success functions. Acting as the main point of contact, you'll manage stakeholder communication, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You'll also play a consultative role, supporting clients with CRM strategy, process optimization, and automation best practices, while continuously improving internal workflows and client outcomes. This is a remote position requiring flexibility to collaborate across time zones, particularly North America.

What Were Looking For:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or professional-level English proficiency, with clear and concise communication.
  • Project Management Experience: 3+ years in project management, account management, or customer success, ideally within CRM, RevOps, or business operations environments.
  • CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms, including implementations, integrations, and process optimization.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience tracking KPIs, reporting on performance, and providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Nice to have's:

  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification, and HubSpot certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in B2B marketing, sales, or customer success operations.
  • Operational Experience: Experience managing project budgets, optimizing resources, and improving internal processes.
  • Marketing & Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with inbound/outbound strategies and best practices.
