Role Overview

The Product Analyst Intern will support the product workstream of a government digitalization project by combining business analysis and quality assurance. This role involves translating stakeholder needs into system features and validating these before release.

Business Analysis

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process models Support preparation of requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and validate requirements.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation

Quality Assurance

  • Help validate system features against requirements
  • Support creation and execution of test scenarios and test cases Identify, document, and track bugs/issues.
  • Work with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Product & Delivery Support

  • Ensure features are complete, usable, and aligned with expectations.
  • Assist in reviewing outputs and preparing release documentation
  • Participate in sprint activities, testing cycles, and onsite sessions

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems,
  • Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with interest in software development, systems analysis, and product development.
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig and Commonwealth as needed

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with requirements documentation or user stories
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, or diagramming tools
  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies


Work Schedule: Minimum of 4 hours per day 

Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite in Pasig and Commonwealth as needed)
