Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous performance improvement.
  • Oversee manpower requisition requests, including filtering, deep diving, and negotiating with clients to align hiring needs with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to optimize key hiring metrics such as turnaround time, win rate, and overall recruitment efficiency.
  • Ensure the team maintains a high standard of hiring, focusing on attracting and securing A players who drive business success.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to assess recruitment performance, analyze trends, and implement process improvements.
  • Drive continuous process optimization, either by engineering new recruitment frameworks or streamlining existing processes for better efficiency.
  • Foster a results-driven culture, emphasizing accountability, ownership, and high performance.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends to enhance recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of tenure in the staff augmentation industry or a similar fast-paced hiring environment.
