Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit marketing visuals and short-form videos using Canva for digital campaigns and social media content.
  • Write engaging captions and generate creative content for social media posts aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Schedule and publish social media content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Maintain and regularly update the marketing content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign coordination.
  • Write and assist in publishing blog articles related to company services, industry insights, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners for marketing materials, deliverables, and requirements.
  • Support event planning activities, including coordination with venues, suppliers, and preparation of marketing materials.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining marketing assets, documents, and digital files.
  • Support the marketing team in campaign execution, including content creation, email marketing, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor basic social media engagement and provide observations or simple reports on post performance.
  • Assist with administrative marketing tasks such as preparing reports, organizing contact lists, and updating internal documents.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned to support ongoing projects and initiatives.


Preferred Skills

  • Ability to create and edit visuals and short videos using Canva.
  • Basic experience scheduling social media posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Good writing and communication skills for captions, marketing content, and blog articles.
  • Basic knowledge of content planning and maintaining a content calendar.
