Junior Product Manager

We seek a high-potential Junior Product Manager eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of JIAs product vision. Youll work closely with the CEO/Founder, gaining hands-on experience in product leadership, strategy, and execution. This is a unique opportunity to shape JIAs future while developing skills for long-term career growth in product management.

Jia is an AI-powered hiring platform that enables recruiters to interview, assess, and hire candidates faster through conversational AI, analytics, and automation.

We believe the future of hiring is human-centered but AI-assisted empowering recruiters to focus on people, not paperwork.

Jia is built by the team behind White Cloak Technologies, the company responsible for UnionBank Online, UnionDigital Bank, and Ayala Zing. The company is currently in its early growth stage, and we are looking for our first founding growth hires to help scale Jia across the Philippines and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development

• Collaborate on refining the product roadmap and prioritizing features aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Partner with engineering teams to optimize AI tools

• Review UI/UX designs to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Market & User Insights

• Analyze competitors and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Gather user feedback through surveys and data analysis.

Monetization & Growth

• Support the development of revenue strategies.

• Assist in designing marketing campaigns to boost client acquisition and retention.

• Formulate strategy for growing client base and increasing retention rate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with engineering, design, and community teams to execute product launches.
• Document product requirements, user stories, and sprint plans using Agile methodologies.

Ownership & Leadership Development

• Gradually take on autonomy in decision-making for feature prioritization, timelines, and user-facing updates.
• Participate in strategic discussions to shape JIAs long-term vision, including international expansion and AI innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Management or related fields. Fresh graduates welcome with demonstrated initiative.
• Interest in monetization models and market positioning.
• Enthusiasm for AI/ML tools and trends.
• Ability to interpret data to inform decisions on user engagement and revenue.
• Examples of innovative projects showcasing problem-solving and user empathy.
• Clear articulation of ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Any projects or initiatives thats related to launching an app or growing its user base.
• Any participation in hackathons or business case competitions.
