About the job Business Development Executive
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Business Development Executive / Account Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines new business acquisition with long-term client relationship management. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting opportunities into engagements, and managing accounts to ensure continued growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound outreach.
- Handle inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and convert them into active engagements.
- Manage the entire sales cyclefrom initial conversation to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins, understand client needs, track account health, and identify upcoming initiatives.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations.
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, pricing, and scopes of work.
- Ensure smooth transition of closed deals to delivery teams, staying involved as needed to maintain relationship quality.
Documentation & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales activities, and account updates using CRM tools.
- Document all client interactions, requirements, decisions, and progress throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, account management, sales, or client services preferably in a tech or digital agency environment.
- Proven ability to convert leads, close deals, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
