Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing scalable and secure IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving architectural best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT architecture strategies to support business objectives.
• Design scalable solutions using microservices, event-driven architectures, and other modern design patterns.
• Ensure effective use of cloud technologies such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with security principles and industry standards.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on solution architecture and design.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns like microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure).
• Solid knowledge of security principles, risk management, and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
