AI Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven products and solutions that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities: 

A. Responsible for end-to-end AI products development lifecycle, from ideation, proposal preparation, and prototyping to deployment and maintenance & reporting:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions by collaborating with stakeholders, conducting research, evaluating tools, and translating requirements into executable product plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, thorough documentation, and successful adoption of AI products through ethical implementation, user training, and continuous performance evaluation.

B. Participate to the divisions design and implementation of overall strategy and guidelines for AI Program:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the AI programs experience strategy, aligning goals with business objectives and defining measurable KPIs and KRAs. 
• Create AI content and products across digital channels while supporting the planning and presentation of business, technical, and enablement initiatives.

C. Performance Management and Analysis:

• Develop and implement a performance management framework to measure AI program success against KPIs and business objectives.

• Analyze program data to identify trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement strategies.

D. Reporting, Stakeholder Communication, Dashboard Development:

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to deliver real-time performance insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present accurate, data-driven reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in data and AI including chatbot experience management.
• Skilled in solutioning, including solution architecture assessment, design, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent programming skills in Python, R, and SQL; skilled in using reporting tools such as MS Power BI, Tableau, and other MS Office applications; preferably with a solid background in developing mobile and web applications.
• Exposure to machine learning models for integration with AI programs with familiarity with statistical modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with Gen AI other AI technologies, preferably with MS Copilot Studio another LLMs.
• Familiarity with conversational design principles and chatbot/virtual assistant technologies.
• Skilled on research, business and technical analysis, business value propositions build & presentation
• Experience in branding and communications, with a keen eye for visual design and messaging.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and their application in AI product development.
