Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge:
- Become an expert on our AI chatbot product understanding its features, capabilities, and the problems it solves for various industries.
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Research and identify potential leads within target industries.
- Grow and maintain an organized email list of leads within our ideal customer profile.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in client meetings and product demonstrations, addressing customer needs and showcasing chatbot features.
- Support the team in building and maintaining client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Social Media & Communication:
- Respond to inquiries from our social media pages, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
- Data Management:
- Conduct data scraping to gather contact information and identify new leads, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for technology, AI, and its applications in customer service and sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
- Patience and persistence in handling large datasets for lead generation and cold outreach.
- Previous experience in sales initiatives (even as part of a project) is a plus.
