Data Analyst

Were seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to turn data into insights, create impactful reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with different teams, handling urgent data requests, and optimizing reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.

Roles and Responsibilities:

A. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable reports and dashboards.
• Design and develop simple yet effective dashboards and reports to support projects and operational needs.
• Provide actionable insights by performing data analysis and data mining.
• Execute complex ad hoc data queries and provide data extracts as required.
• Build and optimize complex queries on large datasets using SQL.
• Act as the primary analyst for urgent data and reporting requests from leadership.
• Serve as L1/L2 Analyst for urgent operational data requirements, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the delivery team with report and data file distribution via email and SFTP, while maintaining distribution lists.
• Identify automation opportunities, implement workflows, and maintain uptime for automation tasks.
• Ensure data security practices across deployed pipelines.
• Create and update support documentation, and maintain the teams documentation portal.
• Attend escalated support calls during and outside business hours (e.g., weekdays after 6 PM, weekends, and holidays).

• Improved query and reporting performance through optimization.

• Reliable data pipeline performance, ensuring minimal downtime and fast query execution.
