As a PMO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project management frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and driving project governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines for project execution.
  • Monitor project adherence to governance policies, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Provide support to project teams by standardizing processes and improving project delivery efficiency.
  • Track project performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and reporting across projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PMO role or similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
