About the job HR Intern (Employer Branding)

Whitecloak is looking for a talented and creative HR Employer Branding Intern to join our awesome team. You will work closely with the HR and Marketing teams to help shape our company’s image and employer of choice and to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various employer branding channels, including social media, company website, and internal communication platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok..) to showcase our company culture, values, and employee stories.
  • Collaborate with employees across different departments to gather employee testimonials, success stories, and feedback to showcase the employee experience.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in organizing and improving the onboarding process.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning and organizing employee events, and other recruitment-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources,

    Communications, or a related field (if applicable).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

  • A basic understanding of employer branding concepts is a plus.
