IT Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting project delivery. Your insights will help improve processes and drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement and understanding.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance processes.
• Ensure compliance with business analysis best practices and standards.
• Provide support during testing phases to ensure requirements are met.
• Assist in developing and implementing business analysis methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles.
• Background in accounting or finance-related projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience with process modeling and improvement techniques.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
