Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Intern to support the administrative side of our hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, data management, and coordination while working closely with recruiters and hiring teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of blind CVs by formatting and anonymizing candidate profiles
- Monitor and track pre-onboarding requirements (e.g., document submission, background checks, onboarding status)
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support recruiters in organizing candidate information and documentation
- Generate and update basic recruitment reports and analytics (e.g., pipeline status, turnaround time, hiring metrics)
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of recruitment-related records
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for follow-ups when needed
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the recruitment team
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic document formatting
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience or familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
