Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Intern to support the administrative side of our hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, data management, and coordination while working closely with recruiters and hiring teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of blind CVs by formatting and anonymizing candidate profiles
  • Monitor and track pre-onboarding requirements (e.g., document submission, background checks, onboarding status)
  • Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support recruiters in organizing candidate information and documentation
  • Generate and update basic recruitment reports and analytics (e.g., pipeline status, turnaround time, hiring metrics)
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of recruitment-related records
  • Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for follow-ups when needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks to support the recruitment team


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic document formatting
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience or familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
