Junior Appsheet Developer

We are looking for a Junior AppSheet Developer to be part of the Salary and Pension Loans Business within the banking division for a 2-month project. The successful candidate will assist in developing low-code applications using Google AppSheet to automate internal workflows, improve data visibility, and enhance operational efficiency across banking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, building, and deploying internal banking process applications using Google AppSheet.
• Work with business analysts and operations teams to understand process requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
• Support the integration of AppSheet applications with Google Workspace, Excel, and other approved data sources.
• Develop and automate manual workflows such as approval requests, reporting dashboards, sales activity tracking, program monitoring, and data entry processes.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ensure applications meet data accuracy and compliance standards.
• Prepare user documentation and support end-user training sessions.
• Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to ensure applications adhere to banking security and data governance policies.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 year experience in AppSheet or similar no-code/low-code platforms
  (internships or personal projects welcome).
• Basic knowledge of Google AppSheet or similar tools (Power Apps, Airtable, etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Forms, and Apps Script integration.
• Understanding of data handling, security, and access control concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Good to have: Basic understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, internal banking policies).

Contract duration: 2 months

Shift and schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Location: Hybrid in Ortigas
