Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria and understand user scenarios.
• Review and improve existing test strategies and processes.
• Investigate and implement new testing tools and methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership in testing and contribute to improving product quality
• Familiarize with the squad / product supported, AGILE practices and the standardized testing processes.
• Can create Test Analysis based on requirements, incorporating the minimum standard and guidelines set by the QA department.
• Leads / assists the TAAS in test preparation, test execution and test reporting.
• Started to create test automation scripts.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in agile environments and in leading quality initiatives.
• Advanced understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Exceptional soft skills, including communication, leadership, and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).
• Design, implement and maintain basic test automation frameworks.
• Years of Experience: 4-7 years of experience in software development or QA roles
