Responsibilities

  • Leads the overall delivery management of each project within the managed portfolio, ensuring such are delivered on time, on-budget, and on-scope.

  • Defines and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the business unit and key stakeholders

  • Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such.

  • Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope

  • Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

  • Updates the project team of the status of the project based on agreed-upon frequency.

  • Reviews technical design provided by the Solutions Architect, such as database, application architecture, and system interface design, together with the technical delivery team.

  • Identifies, monitors, and manages project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans until project implementation and closure.

  • Monitors and manages project expenses to ensure it is within cost baseline.

  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path

  • Establishes and ensures appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies and practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor or senior responsible owner.

  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

  • Ensures that the implemented solution is based on the Solutions Architects design and is aligned with the Enterprise Architecture


Qualifications

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in software project or delivery management, with a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models).

  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional technical teams (developers, QA, designers, and product owners).

  • Solid technical background with the ability to understand and discuss system architecture, database structures, and integrations at a high level.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
