Responsibilities:

  • Support Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure they are well-executed and aligned with company objectives.

  • Rewards & Recognition Programs: Ensure the smooth operation of employee recognition initiatives, handling logistics, communications, and tracking.

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Partner with various teams to identify and coordinate learning and development opportunities for employees.

  • Database Maintenance: Regularly update HR databases to ensure information is accurate and accessible.

  • Program Development: Contribute innovative ideas and assist in implementing new HR programs that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
