As we expand our client base and service offerings, we are looking for a Business Growth Associate who will help drive strategic revenue growth through strong communication, structured thinking, and creative commercial execution.

Role Overview

The Business Growth Associate plays a key role in supporting Whitecloaks commercial expansion efforts. This role goes beyond traditional sales support. It combines elements of business development, market research, proposal creation, and strategic positioning.

You will work closely with the Business Development and leadership teams to source and drive opportunities, craft compelling client presentations and proposals, and strengthen Whitecloaks market presence.

This role is ideal for ambitious early-career professionals who want exposure to enterprise sales, commercial strategy, and high-level client engagement in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Commercial Execution

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients through outbound initiatives.
  • Support client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, pitch decks, and commercial materials with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records, ensuring consistent follow-ups and pipeline tracking.

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Support the management of existing client accounts by maintaining regular communication and ensuring client needs are addressed promptly.
  • Help identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, or upselling additional services.
  • Build and nurture strong professional relationships with client stakeholders to support long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions from sales to delivery.

Commercial Storytelling & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to translate service capabilities into clear, compelling client value propositions.
  • Contribute ideas to refine outreach strategies, pitch quality, and growth initiatives.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide structured insights to support decision-making.

Strategic Market Development

  • Conduct market and industry research to identify high-potential client segments and opportunities.
  • Perform competitive analysis to strengthen Whitecloaks positioning and differentiation.
  • Support account planning and target client mapping initiatives.


Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in preparing proposals, decks, and client-facing materials.
  • Analytical thinker capable of translating research and data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a structured but fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Slides, or similar presentation tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to outbound sales or lead generation activities.
  • Basic understanding of software development, digital transformation, or technology services.
