About the job Business Strategy Associate
We are looking for a Business Strategy Associate who will work closely with the CEO to support the development of strategic frameworks, KPI systems, and cross-functional processes across White Cloak. This role offers high exposure to executive decision-making and is ideal for early-career talent who are analytical, curious, and eager to grow into a strategic leadership path.
You will help turn business questions into structured insights, support interdepartmental reporting, and contribute to strengthening the company's data-driven culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Strategy & KPI Development
- Assist the CEO in defining and documenting KPIs, metrics, and success frameworks across departments
- Help gather, organize, and validate data needed for business reviews and strategic decisions
- Contribute to the creation of company-wide data taxonomies and aligned reporting structures
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain foundational dashboards or reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, or similar tools
- Analyze trends, performance metrics, and operational data to support CEO-led initiatives
- Prepare summaries, slides, and insights for leadership presentations
Experimentation & Learning Support
- Help document A/B tests, pilot rollouts, and experiments conducted across teams
- Track outcomes, consolidate learnings, and prepare simple insights for CEO and cross-functional teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Operations, Recruitment, Delivery, and Product teams to help the CEO align metrics and priorities
- Ensure consistency in how teams define, track, and measure KPIs
- Follow up on action items, gather updates, and support coordination for strategic projects
Process & Documentation
- Create and update SOPs, playbooks, and process documents related to reporting and measurement
- Support workshops, onboarding, or training sessions focused on data literacy and strategic frameworks
- Maintain organized documentation and systems that support the CEOs strategic operations
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Must-Haves
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Strategy, Operations, or related fields
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with familiarity in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data into meaningful patterns
- Clear communication skills, able to structure and summarize information effectively
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from a CEO-level environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
- Experience in reporting, KPI tracking, dashboards, or business performance monitoring
- Exposure to consulting, tech, startups, or cross-functional project work
- Interest in experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence
