Position Summary
The audiovisual producer is a creative and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for the full video production lifecycle, from ideation and pre-production to filming, editing, and post-production. They will also manage the company's photo library and ensure a steady stream of high-quality visuals for various platforms.
Responsibilities
#1 Launch Monthly Videos
-Structure video content, including BTBR and AdTips.
-Coordinate with staff for scheduling and content requirements.
-Film necessary footage onsite or remotely.
-Manage post-production tasks for final video delivery.
#2 Maintain WSM's Photo Bank
-Coordinate and conduct internal photoshoots to update the company's photo bank.
-Ensure a consistent supply of high-quality photos for use in presentations, social media, and website content.
#3 Internal Event Media Coverage
-Capture photos and videos during internal events based on company needs and workload distribution.
-Edit event media promptly for publishing on social media platforms.
#4 Develop Company Commercials
-Handle pre-production tasks such as storyboarding, casting, and call sheet creation.
-Oversee filming during production phases.
-Manage post-production, including editing music, sound effects, and transitions for commercials.
#5 On-Demand Creation of Creative Video Ads for Clients
-Structure video concepts based on client research and requirements.
-Seamlessly edit client-provided footage with additional elements for a polished final product.
#6 Webinar Live Stream Management
-Broadcast webinars across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
-Ensure smooth live broadcasts and availability of recordings for attendees
#7 Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects, activities, and processes that benefit the performance of the departments and the company.

Propose new ideas for website audiovisual content
Required Skills & Qualifications
Written English Level: Intermediate
Spoken English Level: Intermediate
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication or similar.
Experience: 3 years of experience minimum working in Marketing Agencies.
Know-How & Certifications:
Proficiency in audiovisual production or related fields.
Expertise with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with webinar and podcast software such as Streamyard, OBS Studio, and Zoom.
