Position Summary

As an SEO Performance Marketing Manager at White Shark Media®, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine performance. Your primary focus will be on optimizing website content, improving site structure, and implementing technical SEO best practices to achieve higher organic rankings.

Responsibilities

#1 SEO Strategy & Execution
-Develop, implement, and refine SEO strategies based on data analysis, performance monitoring, and industry trends.
-Analyze website performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profiles, to drive data-driven decisions.
-Ensure SEO strategies align with business objectives and industry best practices.
-Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates and digital marketing trends to continuously optimize performance.

#2 Performance Optimization & Growth

-Conduct ongoing SEO performance reviews to track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website health.
-Measure and report SEO results against defined KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
-Proactively identify and implement optimization opportunities to enhance search visibility and maximize organic growth.

#3 SEO Audits & Maintenance

-Perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues, on-page optimization gaps, and backlink opportunities.
-Implement best practices to improve website health, search visibility, and overall performance.
-Address SEO-related issues promptly to ensure sustained growth and compliance with search engine guidelines.

#4 Cross-Functional Collaboration

-Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to align on account strategy and client updates.
-Work closely with Content, Web, and Tracking teams to execute strategies effectively.
-Deliver necessary campaign insights and information to support team contributions.

#5 Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects, activities, and processes that benefit the performance of the departments and the company.

-Cooperate with your department on any seasonal or extraordinary need that may arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-Written English Level: Advanced
-Spoken English Level: Advanced
-Education: Graduated in Marketing, Business, or similar.
-Experience: +1 years of experience in SEO, WordPress Optimization & Development

-Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMRush, or similar is a plus.
