Position Summary
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in driving design projects, providing creative direction, and delivering high-quality design solutions. This position requires senior-level design expertise, a strong grasp of branding, and creative thinking, along with the ability to propose and lead design initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a problem solver, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Graphic Designer uses a blend of technical skills, design proficiency, and leadership to create innovative, visually compelling designs that align with White Shark Medias goals and those of its clients.

- Senior experience in graphic design.
- Written & Spoken English Level: Advanced. Interviews will be conducted in English.

Responsibilities
#1 Branding and Identity Projects
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity for White Shark Media and its clients, tailored to each project's objectives and needs.
- Develop and document brand guidelines, establish design systems, and ensure all visual elements are consistent with the brands values, tone, and aesthetic standards.
#2 Design Leadership and Project Management
- Take the lead within the design team by providing creative guidance and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and objectives.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, overseeing planning, organization, and coordination of tasks.
- Understand project requirements, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely project delivery.
#3 Conceptualization & Design Creation
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand their goals, conduct research, and develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate the desired message or brand identity.
- Produce visually compelling assets, including logos, illustrations, layouts, infographics, social media content, landing pages, and other design elements.
#4 Paid Ads and Social Media Design
- Design paid advertising and social media creative for White Shark Media and its clients.
#5 Web Design (additional support if needed)
- Lead the creation and design of responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites that align with brand guidelines and deliver an optimal user experience.
#6 Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects, activities, and processes that benefit the performance of the departments and the company.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing assets, branding, and paid ad creative.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, including branding projects, digital ads, and web design (if any).
