Position Summary
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be a key driver of our organization's growth by developing and delivering compelling on-demand proposals and comprehensive audits for PPC, Meta, LinkedIn, and SEO. You will be instrumental in helping our clients and partners achieve their marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
#1 Prepare On-Demand PPC, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, and Website Proposals
- Develop customized proposals aligned with client/partner requirements.
- Conduct online market research using Google, Microsoft, and Facebook Ads Planning tools, competitor analysis tools, and proprietary SEM/SEO tools.
- Gather and interpret data to provide insights that support decision-making.
- Write clear, persuasive proposal sections and ensure consistency across all proposal documents.
- Collaborate with the sales team or partners to refine proposals based on feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing strategies to enhance proposal quality.
#2 Prepare On-Demand PPC, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, and Website Audits
- Conduct comprehensive audits of Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn ad accounts and SEO websites.
- Analyze performance metrics and trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations aligned with customized marketing strategies.
- Generate detailed audit reports to communicate findings effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and trends to improve audit quality.
#3 Support Market Research Projects:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to research industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis reports.
- Use various data collection methods (secondary research, internal data analysis, interviews) to gather insights.
- Take initiative in new projects to enhance customer and market knowledge, supporting product launches and adoption strategies.
#4 Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects, activities, and processes that benefit the performance of the departments and the company
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing role or a similar position focused on paid media (PPC, Meta, LinkedIn) and/or SEO.
- Experience in developing marketing proposals and/or audits for clients or internal stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including current trends, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Know-How & Certifications
- Google Suite (desired)
- Google, Microsoft, and Facebook Ads, with a fundamental understanding of SEO.
- Experience using project and work management platforms like Monday.
