Job Summary

The Executive Chief of Staff acts as a close partner to the CEO, supporting both strategic and operational priorities across the business. The role focuses on driving execution, bringing structure to complex or ambiguous tasks, and ensuring priorities move forward efficiently. It requires strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to represent the CEO effectively while helping improve overall speed, focus, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the CEO on key strategic and operational priorities across the business
  • Attend meetings with the CEO and represent him when required
  • Support planning, communication, decision-making, and execution on high-priority matters
  • Translate priorities into actionable plans and ensure strong follow-through
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to keep critical work on track
  • Lead special projects and ad hoc initiatives while bringing structure, speed, and accountability

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, founder's office, startups, or another high-performance environment
  • Previous experience working closely with a founder, CEO, or senior executive is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • High agency and strong ownership mindset
  • Able to represent the CEO well in meetings and discussions
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environments.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern workplace tools
  • Strong written and spoken English
