Program Manager (PM) with Active Secret Clearance

Location: Arlington, VA (primary); occasional travel to Fort Worth, TX, and remote sites

Clearance Requirement:
Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred)

Position Overview:
The Program Manager oversees all contractual, programmatic, and
operational activities supporting the F-35 FLO IT Services contract. The
PM serves as the primary liaison between the Contractor and the
Government Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management, execution, and quality assurance for all contract tasks.
- Coordinate with Government leadership on contract performance,
reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Manage personnel performance across all supported sites, including Arlington, VA; Fort Worth, TX; and remote CONUS/OCONUS locations.
- Ensure compliance with DoD, USCYBERCOM cybersecurity standards, and solicitation requirements.
- Oversee SLA adherence, particularly 24/7 Help Desk operations and 30-minute response times.
- Manage staffing, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel.

Qualifications:
- PMP Certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex IT and cybersecurity programs.
- Proven expertise managing cloud-based IT operations (preferably Microsoft Azure).
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field preferred
