What You'll Do

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, launch, and manage multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, and display networks.
  • Design and execute full-funnel strategies including awareness, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

Media Buying & Budget Optimization

  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve strong ROI and ROAS.
  • Track key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments.

Audience Targeting & Testing

  • Build smart targeting strategies using analytics and segmentation tools.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to continuously improve performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and attribution platforms to analyze results and produce actionable recommendations.
  • Present performance insights clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, content, SEO, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Integrate paid strategies with SEO efforts to support both short-term conversions and long-term growth.

E-Commerce & B2B Growth

  • Drive direct-to-consumer conversions (purchases/bookings) while nurturing B2B leads and relationships.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, audience behavior, and market innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of proven media buying experience with a successful track record in e-commerce and B2B marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and cross-channel campaign management.
  • In-depth understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, CAC, LTV, and ROAS metrics.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and data interpretation for performance optimization.
  • Experience managing large-scale international campaigns and diverse markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with programmatic buying and advanced targeting.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and attribution models.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
