• Engaging notification messages aligned with real-time system events.

• Friendly, clear error and help messages that educate and support.

• Action-driven onboarding flows from signing up to redeeming rewards.

• Localized, not just translated content that feels natural and culturally tuned.

• Consistent tone and terminology in both languages, across all touchpoints.

• Bilingual Pro: Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English.
