Cybersecurity Specialist with Active Secret Clearance

Location:
Arlington, VA (primary); occasional travel to Fort Worth, TX, and remote
sites

Clearance Requirement:
Active Secret Clearance

Position Overview:
The Cybersecurity Specialist ensures that the F-35 Foreign Liaison Office (FLO) IT environment remains compliant with DoD cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor security controls under RMF, NIST SP 800- 53, and DoD 8500 frameworks.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and incident response.
- Manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and participate in audits.
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
- Security+ CE Certification required; CISSP or CISM preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DoD cybersecurity operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field preferred.
