About the Role:

As an Organizational Development Manager in the retail company, you will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency through strategic development, policy documentation, quality assurance, and process improvement. You will collaborate with senior management, develop and implement organizational strategies aligned with company goals, and identify improvement areas.

Additionally, you will play a key role in documenting policies and procedures, conducting quality assurance audits, and enhancing processes through technology.

Responsibilities:

Organizational Strategy:

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and create action plans to address them.

Documenting Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures for the retail organization.
  • Create employee handbooks that effectively communicate company policies, guidelines, and expectations.
  • Establish clear communication guidelines and protocols to enhance internal and external communications within the retail company.

Quality Assurance and Internal Audits:

  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Process Development and Technology Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing retail processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to streamline operations, increase productivity, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify and leverage appropriate technologies to optimize retail processes, such as inventory management systems or customer relationship management tools.

Onboarding Management and ERP Training:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new management employees, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company values and culture.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on the effective use of the ERP system.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to retail employees in utilizing the ERP system effectively, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, process improvement, and project management within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of policy and procedure development, quality assurance, and compliance in a retail setting.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions to drive operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency in a retail environment.
  • Native Arabic Speaker with Fluency in the English language.
