Virtual Customer Service Representative (CSR) Full-Time Remote Role

Job Scope:
S. Albert Glass is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Virtual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support their Service Department. This is a full-time, remote position intended for one individual (not a company or agency) who is looking to grow into a long-term role with clear responsibilities and team integration. The CSR will serve as a remote extension of their in-person team, performing the same core duties as the office-based CSRs. You will be paired with a member of our sales team and act as their virtual liaison helping manage communication, service ticket input, and follow-up on daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound calls via our virtual phone system
- Input new service requests into our system quickly and accurately
- Support the Service Department with administrative tasks and project follow-up
- Partner with an assigned sales team member to assist with:
- RFQs (Request for Quotes)
- Quotes, purchase orders (POs), and invoicing
- Email communication with clients and vendors
- Work within vendor portals (web-based systems used by our national accounts and property management clients to track service tickets, submit paperwork, and manage compliance)
- Collaborate with our broader team to share responsibilities and keep workflows moving
- Follow a clearly defined job scope and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Must be an individual, not part of an agency or team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Comfortable using online tools and learning new platforms
- Prior experience in a CSR, administrative support, or VA role preferred
- Availability during U.S. East Coast business hours (Monday-Friday)
