What You'll Lead & Achieve:

• Empower and lead a high-performing sales team, championing excellence, growth, and collaboration.
• Own strategic accounts and nurture long-term relationships with executive-level clients across the Jeddah region.
• Design and deliver tailored IT solutions that address real business challenges and drive measurable success.
• Negotiate with confidence securing the best pricing, delivery schedules, and support from top vendors.
• Drive performance by forecasting pipelines, ensuring timely invoicing, and aligning cross-functional execution.
• Build the future expand our customer base and presence in Jeddah through innovative strategies and trusted leadership.
• Coach and mentor your team, building a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and results.
• Stay sharp monitor market shifts, customer needs, and industry trends to keep us ahead of the curve.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 14+ years in IT sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• A proven record of hitting targets and growing strategic accounts.
• A passion for building lasting client relationships and unlocking real value.
• The ability to motivate and develop talent you don't just lead, you elevate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills especially with C-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Local knowledge of the Jeddah market is a strong advantage.
