Job Summary

The Email Marketing Expert is responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing all email communication strategies, including newsletters, funnels, cold outreach, retargeting campaigns, and automated email flows for clients, freelancers, and internal marketing. The role focuses on building strong relationships with both freelancers and clients through data-driven, targeted, and personalized email campaigns. The goal is to ensure high deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates while maintaining a consistent brand voice and driving retention and growth.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies for lead generation, engagement, retention, cold outreach, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Build and optimize email funnels and automated flows to ensure effective lead nurturing across clients and freelancers.
  • Create high-performing, brand-aligned email copy and collaborate on visually optimized, conversion-focused templates.
  • Implement segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting to deliver relevant and tailored messaging.
  • Ensure strong email deliverability by maintaining list health and following best practices to avoid spam and improve reach.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused email content.
  • Solid technical knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and automated email workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, performance tracking, and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience in cold outreach and retargeting strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly strategic mindset.
  • Strong ownership with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
