How will you make an impact?
You will dive into the behind-the-scenes rhythm of operations handling team payments, making sense of cost vs budget, supporting big decisions with real numbers, and helping everything flow smoothly day to day
What you will do?
- Handle the process of preparing and checking payroll for the field team
- Collect and double-check data to make sure payment is spot on and on time
- Talk to the right people like HR, accounting, and the field team to keep things moving
- Manage and track advance requests and clear them properly
- Review spending documents and make sure everything is accurate
- Keep the team updated with where things are at
- Help check and break down project costs compared to budget
- Create short, clear PNL reports for the Business Controller and top team
- Share the right finance info to support planning and smart calls
What you will need?
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or anything related
- Around 12 years of experience in finance or admin roles (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Love working with numbers, details, and making things clearer for others
- Comfortable using Excel and willing to learn new tools along the way
