‍ What You'll Be Doing:

This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume, full-service environment (think $7M+ annual sales). You'll be responsible for:

  • Daily Operations: Lead the floor, set the tone, and ensure high standards are upheld

  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and develop a winning FOH team

  • Guest Experience: Create a vibe that keeps guests coming back and talking about it

  • P&L Ownership: Manage labor, cost control, and all financial targets

  • Marketing & Community Building: Partner with marketing to drive traffic and guest engagement

Who Were Looking For:

  • 4+ years in a leadership role within a high-volume, full-service concept

  • Track record of building strong teams and driving revenue

  • Hands-on operator who knows how to balance guest experience with business metrics

  • POS/BOH systems savvy (MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable, etc.)

  • Energetic, forward-thinking, and thrives under pressure
