Building Maintenance Technician

Job Overview:

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of building facilities, equipment, and systems, including electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing. The position also handles site surveys, installation, inspection, and repair of Wilcon's in-house and exclusive products to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and quality service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course or related field.

• Must possess a relevant TESDA NC II certification (Electrical Installation and Maintenance, RAC Servicing, Plumbing, or related discipline).

• With relevant experience in building maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and product installation or repairs.

• Knowledgeable in electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.

• Willing to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon Depot branch.
