Key Result Area 1 – Employee Records Management

  • Creates and updates employee records in the Employee Records System by seeking permission from the Payroll Supervisor (Manpower & Security agency) to lock or unlock the 201 file through a request form and coordinating with the Recruitment team on the submitted requirements of new hires, endorsement letter and personnel action (e.g. lateral transfer, termination, separation) to ensure that employees are provided with the correct compensation and reporting of payroll expense.
  • Ensures that there is consistency in the number of employees reflected in the Employee Records System vis-à-vis the number of employees deployed in the stores by validating with the Operations Manager and Branch Managers on the assigned staff per branch.
  • Assigning and monitoring of access code.
  • Sending of access code of new hired deployed at branches.

Key Result Area 2 – Reports

  • Monthly submission of Headcount per cost center and per position, every 2nd working day of the month.
  • Monthly submission of resigned employees, per branch and per position.
