Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cash Audit Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting cash audits, reconciling cash transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of cash handling procedures in our stores. The Cash Audit Staff will work closely with the Finance team and Store Operations to maintain the integrity of our cash handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily cash audits in our stores to ensure accuracy and completeness of cash transactions

- Reconcile cash transactions and identify any discrepancies or irregularities

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of cash audit findings

- Communicate with store personnel to address any issues or concerns regarding cash handling procedures

- Collaborate with the Finance team to implement and improve cash handling policies and procedures

- Assist in the preparation of monthly cash audit reports for management review

- Participate in store visits to provide guidance and training on cash handling best practices

- Identify areas for improvement in cash handling processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- At least 2 years of experience in cash handling or auditing

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numbers

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel to different store locations as needed
