Adore Support Services Philippines Inc (Wine Adore Group) is hiring a Customer Service to support our Sales Division and customer engagement operations.
This role is suitable for candidates with prior customer service or sales experience who are ready to take on broader responsibilities, including team coordination and performance support.
You will start with structured training to understand our products, systems, and workflow before transitioning into a supervisory scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communication, product recommendations, and sales follow-ups
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets aligned with team goals
  • Monitor daily CRM activities and ensure service quality standards are met
  • Support team coordination, performance tracking, and workflow improvement
  • Maintain accurate customer data and reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve engagement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or CRM-related roles
  • Comfortable working with monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and cloud-based systems
  • Have a personal laptop
  • Willing to use time and productivity tracking tools as required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary & Allowance: PHP 30,000/month
  • Annual Bonus & Performance Bonus will be based on individual sales performance and KPIs
