We are a fast-growing wine tech and retail company, bringing innovation to the wine industry through technology-driven solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Our operations span across Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia, and were looking for a dedicated Logistics Associate to help keep our supply chain running seamlessly.

You'll be part of the team that ensures our wines are stored, handled, and delivered with care from coordinating shipments to managing inventory and liaising with suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking company where logistics plays a vital role in delivering premium wine to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and delivery schedules
  
• Handle documentation for shipments and customs clearance
  
• Monitor inventory levels and update records in our system
  
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries
  
• Assist in resolving delivery issues and discrepancies

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
  
• Team player with a proactive attitude
