You are:

Your mission:

• Development of web and mobile applications (online marketplaces, innovative start-up platforms, data visualisation systems, e-commerce applications, ERPs, CRMs and so on)

• Collaborate in a 2 to 5 person self-organised team, helped by both an agile coach and a technical coach

• Interact directly with the clients’ decision makers (CEOs, Co-founders, MDs)

• Get stuck in. We endorse hands-on training. You'll be in front of clients from day one, learning from our experienced developers who will technically prepare you to start on your own project by week three.

• Push yourself. We encourage Theodoer's to progress at least every year. This means greater responsibility, different challenges and compensation to match.
