Senior Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager

Location: Hybrid (2x per week), Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

At least 7 years of professional experience
Strong background in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Proven project management expertise with a track record of leading efficiency and process optimization projects
Experience managing large-scale projects and performing workflow analysis
Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve performance and reduce impediments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and autonomy
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Languages: Portuguese (B2) and English (C1)
Experience in Banking or Financial Services is a plus
Availability to travel when required

Tasks:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations
Provide Lean and Project Management expertise to the wider team and stakeholders
Manage projects following company guidelines
Report progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to project leadership and governance bodies
Make recommendations to influence decision-making and ensure benefits realization
Perform workflow analysis and remove bottlenecks to enhance process flow
Lead teams to meet performance targets aligned with organizational objectives
Participate in business meetings with multiple stakeholders as required
