Role: AI Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Hybrid, Porto

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience testing backend or middleware applications, preferably within banking or brokerage systems
• Hands-on experience with AI testing tools for automated test generation, anomaly detection, and failure prediction
• Strong expertise in root cause analysis, including log analysis, diagnostic tools, and collaboration with development teams
• Proficiency in Linux environments, including shell commands, scripting, and process troubleshooting
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive integration test plans and automated regression strategies
• Experience validating AI components and applying machine learning models to optimize testing coverage
• Strong communication skills for documenting defects, producing risk assessments, and mentoring teams on AI-powered testing practices
