Role: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer
Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement development
• Strong experience with .NET (C#), JavaScript / TypeScript, SQL, and FetchXML
• Proven experience developing C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and asynchronous processes
• Experience with client-side scripting and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Model-driven apps
• Experience building integrations using D365 Web API, Azure Functions, and Power Automate

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus

• Solid understanding of Dataverse security and environment configuration
• Experience managing solution packaging, deployments, and ALM using Azure DevOps

• Familiarity with XrmToolBox and Dynamics development tooling

• Ability to provide technical estimates and advise on out-of-the-box vs custom solutions
