Role: Application Security Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal

Required skills:

• Professional experience in delivery coordination, project management, service management, or team coordination within IT, Cybersecurity, or Application Security
• Strong experience with JIRA, Kanban boards, dashboards, backlog management, task tracking, and delivery reporting
• Experience coordinating Application Security activities such as security assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking
• Experience with Secure SDLC initiatives and application security processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to extract relevant information from technical teams and present clear updates to stakeholders
• Ability to understand technical topics and translate them into delivery plans, risks, and business-oriented decisions
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive actions to closure
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including security engineers, developers, infrastructure teams, product owners, and management
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
