Role: Software Developer - Web Development

Location: Remote, Portugal

Required skills:

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development, including at least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
• Hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) is mandatory.
• Proven experience using OutSystems Mentor for AI-assisted development throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Experience leveraging OutSystems Mentor for application generation, user story acceleration, code assistance, refactoring, and productivity improvement.
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems front-end and back-end development.
• Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and promoting development best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative software delivery.
• Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support software applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector is a plus.
